Beamish Irish cream stout
Sort of bland - that is, until it is allowed to breathe a little and get closer to room temperature. That gives a backend of chickory and carob. Not bad.

The Brewery's Trade Winds Tripel. Brewed with rice and thai basil.
Not bad, some faint grassyness.
